Current service offerings include mold inspection, sampling, and testing, as well as infrared thermal imaging surveys for detecting moisture and air leaks.

Assess Building Science conducts licensed mold inspections for commercial and residential clients, offering air sampling and surface sampling as applicable, followed by a written report of observations made during the assessment, along with a licensed third-party laboratory report.
